1. Format: Presentations should be created in Microsoft PowerPoint 16:9 format (widescreen); PDFs are also acceptable. A PC with Microsoft Office 365 will be provided by the organizers in each lecture hall. 
  1. Internet Access: Please, do not rely on internet access during your presentation. You should embed all fonts and media so that it can be delivered autonomously even when there is not internet access to the external assets. 
  1. Presentation pre-loading: All presentations must be uploaded in the Speakers Preview Room 24 hours before your scheduled lecture time. The Speakers Preview Room is located on the Ground Floor in the left corridor (Room 1306). Note that presentations cannot be loaded in the meeting rooms. Speakers Preview Room Opening Hours: 
    • Tuesday, September 24th | 9:00 – 13:30 and 15:00 – 17:30 
    • Wednesday, September 25th | 9:00 – 13:30 and 15:00 – 17:30 
    • Thursday, September 27th | 9:00 – 13:30 and 15:00 – 17:30 
  1. Arrival: On the day of your presentation, please arrive in your assigned hall 10 minutes before your session starts. This allows time to meet the chairperson and room manager, and ensure your presentation is loaded correctly. 
  1. Duration: Each presentation should last no more than 12 minutes to allow 3 minutes for questions and a handover to the next speaker within each 15-minute slot. 
  1. Timing: Session chairs will enforce strict timing and will end any presentation that exceeds the allotted time. This is crucial to keep parallel sessions synchronized, allowing delegates to move between sessions. 
  1. Equipment: The presentation laptop will be on the podium in Presentation View mode. The speaker will be able to control the presentation and view on the laptop the same screen that is projected to the public. Notes or Presenter view are not available. Presenters may bring a tablet or iPad on stage if needed. Presenting with personal computer will not be allowed
  1. Clicker: All rooms will be equipped with a clicker/pointer.
